We use it frequently but we do not actually acknowledge this items of our daily life - washbasins, bath tubes, WCs, and other bathroom interior made out of ceramics.

- Available in different shapes, design and colors but the raw material and production process differ only slightly. All is made from a special clay called vitreous china, which is a mix of several kinds of clay, such as ball clay and china clay, silica, and a fluxing agent. The material is put in the desired shape by injection molding,  is been hardened by first drying in air, then is being fired (baked) in a very hot oven called a kiln. As result the whole clay body vitrifies, or turns glassy, so the end product is waterproof and stain proof through its entire thickness.

Approximately 70 percent of all manufacturers have a compressed air system. Compressed air referred to as the fourth utility is often neglected in terms of its efficiency and its quality. Many operators are not aware of the potential saving opportunities in costs and the hidden risks by not monitoring and maintaining the system appropriately. As a result system down times and production stops cost money and can influence the product quality.
